Pretreatment

Clean the surface to remove contaminants like dirt, grease, and rust. Etch the surface if needed to enhance adhesion (for certain metals). Rinse the surface to remove residues and neutralize chemicals. Apply a conversion coating to improve adhesion and corrosion resistance. Dry the surface thoroughly before applying the powder coating.

Sandblasting

A cleaning technique that involves propelling fine abrasive materials at high speeds to clean, roughen, or shape a surface. Used to remove rust, paint, or other coatings from various objects, leaving the surface clean and ready for further treatment, such as painting or powder coating.

Powder Coating Application

Powder coating is a dry finishing process in which fine powder particles are electrostatically applied to a surface, forming a protective and decorative layer. It's used on a wide range of metal items, providing excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, and a high-quality finish.

Laser blasting

The laser light absorbs the contaminants, and changes the state to a gas, and captures it. Then making it an ideal way of removing contaminants without damaging the substrate and also environment friendly
